Tyler, you've been a Dory Protocol member for almost two months and have checked in to see your Optimal Pace and run your recovery plan on over forty days so far. You seem to be the type of person who fully commits to things you believe in.
When you joined, your Optimal Pace was stuck at 5 for a bit. Then, on your eleventh day of checking in it started shooting up, rising rapidly each day to a high of 12 by the end of your second week on the protocol. Since then, it's averaged 9 for more than a month.
This means you've doubled your capacity to deliver high-quality work under pressure in less than two months.

You mentioned worrying about diminishing the things that matter outside of work when you started your business. By running your life on the protocol you're not only preserving your healthy habits and relationships, but your data also shows you're supercharging your abilities at work.
What has it felt like to accelerate your personal strength and professional abilities simultaneously?

Before I was using the Optimal Pace Protocol it felt like I was more susceptible to being busy without being productive. I was putting in effort and not seeing the progress I wanted.
Now I feel like I am moving through the week with greater intentionality. I feel more energized, more clarity of thought, and a greater ability to focus on what will truly make a difference.

You're currently working between fifty and sixty hours a week on your business, in addition to being a husband and a father to three kids under the age of ten. It's easy to understand the pressure that comes from trying to do everything well across a well rounded life.
How are you finding the time to check in and fully recover using the protocol every day? And about how much time do you spend in the Dory Protocol app each day?

I typically reference the app three times per day and spend less than 12 minutes per day total. I developed the habit of checking-in with the app while I walk to my office.
What's so special about Dory is that is makes it very easy to layer activity into my day. Sometimes it's just a reminder to not miss out on the small moments of connection with my wife and kids.
Engaging with Dory creates an experience of novelty each day that simultaneously helps me recover and prepare for the next day.

Your data shows you're doing something incredible with your mind right now. Your Mental Resilience score has been a perfect 100 out of 100 points for eight out of your last eleven check-ins, meaning the strength of your mindstate isn't being manipulated by the level of pressure you're under.
Many people building and striving as you are now get stuck in performance cycles that rise and fall based on the pressure they're experiencing. But you're holding a steady course through pressure that has ranged from as low as 3 out of 10 to as high as 7 out of 10 so far.
What does it feel like to know you can trust your mind to show up strong, clear and ready even when unexpected surprises and challenges arise that could derail your plans?

I notice I am calmer. I can navigate challenges without being sucked into reactive, unhelpful patterns. The best way to describe it is when I am not prioritizing recovery, setbacks in the business feel like personal setbacks.
When I am intentional about my recovery, the setbacks are happening to the business, not me, and I can interact with them as if they are separate from my personal experience.

The Dory protocol helps you match your work pace with your Optimal Pace and fully track your recovery whenever you need to go faster. You complete Plays in the protocol app and it builds more efficient recovery plans for you every day as it learns your patterns.
Knowing you can recover from any level of pressure at any time builds a confidence that allows you to chase bigger opportunities than you might otherwise take on.
What's one decision or commitment you've made since using the protocol that might have felt too scary or risky to you before, and how might that leap change your life if it comes through as you hope?

I am more of an operator than a visionary. I prefer doing the work versus talking about the work but I've recognized that casting a vision and talking to potential customers is going to make or break my success.
Dory has given me the energy and optimism to approach this work with excitement rather than dread. If I am successful, I will create a sustainable business that changes the trajectory of my professional and personal life.
